He ended up buying the ring, I fell in love with it and never took it off. I had a really weird experience with it after a day or two I was in the bathroom with my mom and I looked down at my ring and it was BLUE!!!!!!! I told her and she thought it was blue before but it was purple as soon as we stepped out of the bathroom it turned purple almost immediately. And it still turns blue when I&#8217;m in a yellow light, but when I&#8217;m under a white light it&#8217;s purple. I actually laughed at myself for spending so much money and getting so excited; I felt foolish. The entire time was filled with &#8220;fluff&#8221; (a lot of time is spent on how she works, what her process is, what she&#8217;s about to do and why, yadda yadda &#8211; while the clock is ticking away) and when it&#8217;s not filled with fluff, she is asking for clarifications or answers. When I did not provide responses, the things she said were very &#8220;safe&#8221; and could go either way. Note: This isn&#8217;t something I&#8217;m inexperienced in; my mind is very open to psychics, healers, etc. so it&#8217;s not as though I went in with a shield around me. I was very receptive and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt throughout.Perhaps I was an exception?? She is at her best always. Her guidance has helped us make important decisions in life. She is so accurate and elaborate in her readings. At first her predictions may not seem real or related to you but eventually, when you look back after few months, you will remember Melissa pointing out those phases in your life you just went through. Her sessions are a lil expensive though.. but I believe you get what you pay for. The speaker system didn&#8217;t work so I basically tried to float while listening to my cell phone speakers. The water was Luke warm, the jets didn&#8217;t work, and the towel was dirty. The lights were finicky, and again&#8211; the attendant ignored my calls for help (given the intercoms were broken, I had to scream, but no one came). There was also weird construction happening in the closet of the facility. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. It was definitely a unique experience.The float ranks reminded me of a fairly large shower stall that slanted down to towards the back. There was a floating neck brace to stabilize your neck in a comfortable position. You can do complete darkness and silence or lights and music and any combination in between. The staff the day I went in was only one young woman at the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel more comfortable about this new experience I was trying. She was very encouraging and made my initial nervousness of trying this wear off a bit. I feel like I wasted some money in buying a package for four floats here. First of all, they charge a higher rate than other float tanks I&#8217;ve visited. Yet the tanks are not as relaxing. The water felt cold against my skin, and the air felt humid. The water seemed to get colder over the course of the float. It made it hard to relax. At other places, I was able to completely zone out, but not here. Something felt off.After giving it a shot twice, wondering if it was just me, I tried to set up a third appointment. I was told that it was too late to do the third and fourth float, the package I bought had &#8220;expired&#8221;. Yet, they never disclosed that there was an expiration date when I bought it. I would have at least used up the floats before they expired, had I known. I had received zero documentation of the gift card purchase, and when it expires, other than a basic credit card receipt. I even checked my emails for some kind of sales confirmation, and I had no emails from them either, even though I had provided them with all of my info (including email and phone) when I bought the package. I asked them if they&#8217;d be willing to let me use the last two floats, and management&#8217;s response was that they would only approve one float. I had already paid for two more floats, but that&#8217;s all they would allow. Needless to say, my third float was not much different than the first two. Not impressed with this place. And not just because they&#8217;re rigid, but because it was objectively not a great float experience. Sorry, Euphoria. Now 10 years later am much more able to understand the work that Dorina does. I do feel that this is right for some, but not for others. While some can do their own spiritual work and progress on their own through other methods, other people may benefit from seeing someone like her. For me I can say it was an absolute life changing experience but it was a journey and just the beginning stages were set by her for later spiritual progression. For me I don&#8217;t think I could have made as much progress if I hadn&#8217;t seen her. She essentially gave me a really good &#8220;clean out&#8221; or &#8220;exorcisism&#8221; as some call it to then set the stage for further spiritual progression. We certainly are not all meant to have this done when we walk into a place like this. For some a simple reading whether dissatisfied or satisfied might be just what you need. As far as the money side I believe she simply asks for what she needs when she needs it to be honest. If her spirit guides give her a number, that&#8217;s what she asks for without question which can be uneasy and unsettling for some but again this isn&#8217;t for everyone. I actually had a reading at The Big E not at this store front so maybe that makes a difference, but I doubt it. I looked up this business page off of a card I took from the stand. So the reading started with her going over $5 for palm, $10 for both, $30 for whole life tarot, pretty standard. I was going to do just a $5 one, but she pushed me to do the $30 and I caved because I&#8217;m a sucker. I was immediately confused because the tarot deck she handed me to shuffle was not a full deck, it felt like MAYBE 30 cards (standard is 78) but I went with it. After she laid them out in a spread (that she may have made up as I have never seen it before) she glanced at them, made some completely off base comments about my love life and then went to read my hand. She said I have a very long life line and literally nothing else about my palm because then she moved on to say that I have a dark spirit attached to me that he is keeping me from being happy and I&#8217;ll never be happy until I get rid of it. She very &#8220;helpfully&#8221; told me she&#8217;d be glad to help me be rid of him for an additional $280! As I said I go to psychics frequently so I&#8217;d think someone may have mentioned it by now especially since according to that reader he&#8217;s been with me since childhood preventing my happiness. It was quite a bummer to find out I&#8217;ve never been happy in my life. After going on for maybe 3 minutes about my demonic friend she asked for $35. She barely looked at my palm and didn&#8217;t read the cards at all so I laughed in her face. I&#8217;d been with her for about 5 minutes total so I was not giving her $35. She pretended to be shocked at my dissatisfaction with the reading and kept trying to say she did everything she could. The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because she ended up not forcing me to pay since I was so unhappy, but I also think that may have been because people walking by heard me getting upset and she didn&#8217;t want people to know she was a rip off. Rationally, I tend to side with atheism, but a big part of me does want to believe that there is something out there. I hoped that meeting a psychic would give me some validation either way. That said, this place left me with continued mixed feelings and beliefs. As far as I understand, this place is run by Rebecca, a psychic medium, with other psychics coming in and out to offer services. I had a reading with Rebecca, and also a Saturday walk-in reading from one of the other psychics. When scheduling my meeting with Rebecca, I was very careful not to give any identifying information. Even if she some how got my full name, my name is very, very common so I&#8217;m not sure how she&#8217;d narrow down which one was me. Additionally, I&#8217;ve tried for years to find info on my family, and there really is not much out there. Here was my honest experience:I did tape record my meeting with Rebecca. At the time of the conversation, I left feeling rather impressed. However, after listening over the conversation, I must admit that much of what she said was rather universal, and would apply to anyone. There were also more than a few moments where I was inadvertently giving information away. That said, she did blurt out a few things that were oddly specific. For example, before she even asked me any questions, she began describing my childhood dog in both appearance and personality. She was very accurate, and I&#8217;m not sure how I could have fed her this information. She also blurted out that my aunt had a double mastectomy, before even confirming with me that she had cancer, much less breast cancer. There were a few other moments like that. I&#8217;d say that from the reading as a whole, about 10% I couldn&#8217;t find a logical explanation for. Take from that what you will. The Saturday walk-in left me with similarly mixed feelings. I went twice. The first time I was brought to a private back room where I met with a visiting psychic for 15 minutes, and I left feeling impressed. However, when I went back the second time, the same psychic was in the larger room where I could eavesdrop in on some of the conversation. I listened through 2 different readings&#8230;. and they sounded very, very similar to mine (&#8220;You are a teacher and a healer&#8230;. you \u00a0have been very up and down emotionally&#8230; there is a &#8220;shark in your water&#8221;&#8230;.). Perhaps this woman could say she is an intuitive counselor, since she does seem skilled at reading body language and offering advice, but I&#8217;d have a hard time believing that she is actually a psychic. I can&#8217;t say how my second reading went because I erased my name off the list and headed out, feeling pretty ridiculous. So there you have it. The only reason I&#8217;m still kind of on the fence about psychics and mediums and the concept of an afterlife is because of that 10% of my meeting with Rebecca that I can&#8217;t easily explain. But, I would hope that, were she a true psychic, she would screen the psychics who come for the Saturday walk-ins, and filter out the cold readers. As I have been sessioning I have been feeling my wife&#8217;s presence to a much greater degree than before. \u00a0I had an urge to buy the kind of candy she liked when I was in the supermarket, but I did not because I told myself I should eat healthy. \u00a0In the next session he said that my wife was making fun of me for eating so healthy. \u00a0 Many of the things he says require thought and are somewhat garbled. However, when I think about them, it is easy to put them into contact. \u00a0For instance, I was talking to a woman named &#8220;Maxie,&#8221; and he said that my wife was aware than I was talking to a woman whose name had something to do with &#8220;Z.&#8221; It took me a couple of days to realize that &#8220;Z&#8221; is what the second part of &#8220;Maxie&#8221; sounds like. \u00a0Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and I have become more conscious of the spirit world. That being said though, his reading was spot on amazing. He gave me the name and birth year of my favorite cousin who had passed on way too soon, and his accuracy was unbelievable. There was no way it could&#8217;ve been coincidence.
